Leveraging the experience he has gained from more than 25 years in assisting companies within the public and private sectors implement effective quality management systems, Joe Sorrentino has developed a Configuration Management Plan that outlines more than 20 operating procedures from Prototype and Design Control to Document Control. The name of the program is called “Configuration Management: The New Manager for the 21st Century”.
